Recently acquired a lake property where they've got curtains covering two large sliding doors both in the living room, as well as similarly in the master bedroom and game room. I'm wanting to hear out some ideas on ways to eliminate the curtains while still maintaining some privacy, and yet still also having the perks of some stuff curtains provide...so immediately I had thought of high grade home window tint (mirror style perhaps). Vertical blinds not really preferred. What all options are there out there that will provide some privacy (doesn't need to be fort knox necessarily), UV block, and ultimately still show off the beautiful views?
Bali blind about 5 years old. Cordless honeycomb cellular, pulls down from top and raise up from bottom. BL 1295 TQTY. It works okay, it's not uneven, it goes up and down okay. But doesn't pull down easily. It takes some effort to pull it down. Should I be concerned, can I adjust the tension?
Hello everyone,
I recently moved in a new apartment i in one week our electric powered blinds just stopped working.
We have 4 big windows on the roof operated by 2 controllers, 1 for 2 windows and 1 for other 2.
One of them just stopped doing anything to the blinds. The red dot on the controller it's just not turning off.
We have some Velux Blinds with Velux controllers. From my research the velux controller it's a WLI 160, i think it's a little bit old. I will attach a photo with it so you can see what i'm talking about.
My questions it's because i don't want to change all the blinds, because they are in really good shape, and i know that something can fix the controller, i just don't know what.
Did anyone had this problem before? Can someone help me?
Thank you very much.
