Removing a Baseboard Heater

I want to entirely remove a baseboard heater in my kitchen. Can anyone tell me how this might be accomplished? Do I need to re-rout the pipes, etc?

Could be, is it part of a zone? Or what are where does the pipe from it go? does it get its hot water from another baseboard? Feed on to another baseboard. More info info info here and some one can help you.

Oil Heater leaking water

Hello, I have an oil burner which heats my home. I just noticed that there is water leaking from the unit when it is running. I removed the side panel of the burner and noticed that after about a minute of operation one area of heater (I guess it's cast iron) starts to leak from perhaps a hairline crack. My daughter's house has been unoccupied for 9 months although the central heating has been on for a couple of hours each day during winter to avoid bursts. Now the water from the hot tap is running cold. The central heating works OK. I've tried the thermostat at both 1) for Hot water only and 2) for Heating and Hot water but with no success.
