Repco Baseboard

I recently put an addition on to my 40 year old house and extended the HW baseboard heating with new Slantfin. In two areas I dead-ended the existing Repco baseboard and I am looking for end caps to finish it off.

I am not having much luck with plumbing supply houses in the New England area and was hoping somebody in here could help me out.

Thanks!

I guess, like others, I don't understand what you are saying. If you dead-ended the piping, how is water to be recirculated back thru the boiler?

What are you looking for in terms of end caps?

Some additional information would help us to help you.

Sorry for the terminology, when I said dead-ended I mean't that the existing Repco baseboard was cut back, fins removed, and the end was re-piped on to the newly installed Slantfin in the addition.

Since the existing baseboard surrounding the old room used to be continous with corner caps and now disconnected I am now left with ends with no finish caps. Exposed copper coming up through the floor at the ends and elbows into the existing baseboard.

I assumed these would be called end caps. My plumber gave me a few places to try and find these Repco ends but I'm striking out.

Thanks!

IF, I understand you correctly, you are not looking for a plumbing fitting, but an "end cap" to cover exposed copper tubing at the end of a slant fin radiator?

Are we on the same channel now?
