Adding Baseboard to 1 Pipe Steam Heat

Has anyone added baseboard hot water heat zone to a 1 pipe steam heat furnace? I am planning a 2nd floor remodel with a brand new Burnham V8 furnace 1 pipe system. Is it possible to add a Taco circulator pump to the bottom return of the furnace? This needs to be done, because there is only one radiator in the central hallway of the three bedrooms upstairs. The rooms get cool, and the doors need to be open. Has anyone done this before?

I have done it and there a few decisions to make. Whether to use a heat exchanger instead of trying to hold a water lock. Whether to put a strainer in the supply from the boiler. Whether to put a bypass on the supply connection to prevent overheating. You should research these issues and plan your job accordingly. Look on heatinghelp.com for more information. Post back with any specific questions.
