plumbing/hot water
my first floor shower's hot water does not get hot enough.Their is a valve at the oil burner that says warmer/colder I turned it up, but I dont think it helped. When you turn the hot water on ,only it starts to get hot then the pressure reduces a lot.Maybe this is why it does not get hot enough? Please help. Joe

As far as the boiler is concerned, the pressure should not change. The mixing valve will sometimes fail but the pressure problem may be something in the faucet. Does it act the same in all faucets or just the shower?

Im with Ken. Id check out that shower mixing valve.
