Help need to bleed/ dont know how

ok i have a slant/fin boiler, oil fired model L30PT
taco zones values
hydronic heating system

i am getting ALOT of gurgling and banging and after reading through other threads seems i ned to bleed/vent. however going through the threads i did not see what i need to do.

so here are some pics and hopefully can get this figured out.

first a general pic of my set up..
the green thing on the left labeled Flocheck seems to be where the banging is mostly

ive tried to open the little copper air flow things on top of the boiler and grey expansion thing, both while boiler running and off with no success.

taco values labeld with direction and numbered by zone

the arrows make me believe that these are the return pipes, and the earlier pic with the flocheck and grey expansion thing is the send to baseboard heaters.

i aso have these two valves at the bottm of the (what i assume are the return pipes) labeled by zone again, (note: water is on the floor because i opened the little value there)

i aslo checked the ends of each baseboard heater for bleed valves but found none.

help is greatly appreciated, hope the pics link on this forum, if not cut and paste should work

thanks in advance

Banging is usually pipes expanding. Gurgling is usually air in the system. You can actually unscrew the wing bolt on top of the flow check because you don't need it. It may be acting weird because it needs to be installed level and yours is not but go ahead and opne it up and see if noises change.
