booster motor leaks

I have baseboard heating in a house I purchased recently. The booster motor splashes water when it runs. also there is a hole on the top with a flap that looks like a place for lubricant water is draining from there also. any advice would be appreciated thanks McCrabby

If it is a single residential system under about 300,000 btu's you should replace the whole pump with a Taco 007. You may have to drain the system if there are no isolation valves and it can get a little complicated depending on your ability level. If you decide to tackle it and have more questions, post back.
