Taco 571 Zone Valve

I have a problem with a Taco 571 Zone Valve. I had a broken valve and had to replace the head of the valve (the electric part which connects to the wires) and I did that. However, the head warms up excesivelly and still does not work (does not let any hot water through the system) as a result the heating in that zone does not work. Does that indicate an electrical problem (my other two valves are working fine) or does that mean that I will have to replace the whole valve (including the water part)? Thank you everyone. Frustrated and cold.

Taco zone valve

Can you open the valve manually? If you cannot, the valve mechanism is stuck & the whole valve will need to be replaced.
