Replaced aquastat relay on gas fired boiler and pilot will not stay lit

I replaced the 5 year old L8124C aquastat relay after the gas fired boiler would not fire when the tankless water heater was called upon for hot water. After making the repair I could not get the gas pilot to stay lit so I replaced the Honeywell Q313B thermopile. The new thermopile is putting out .823 volts to the gas valve but the pilot will still not stay lit. Question: Should I replace the gas valve next or is there another part of this Burnham 404B boiler that could cause this problem?

Pilot

Are you sure this is the right thermopile for the gas vavle? Most gas valves only require a 30 mV thermocouple. Numbers from the gas valve would help. Make sure the pilot is strong & hitting the thermopile.
