Low hot water pressure

Lately, I've noticed that there is not enough hot water pressure in my house. For example, if one shower is running and you turn on the hot water in the second bathroom it just drips. The hot water tank is in the garage. Is there anything I should check or is this a sign that my hot water tank needs to be replaced? Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks.

Low H/W pressure

If this is a water heater, as opposed to a boiler with a domestic coil, I would guess at a bad valve or some other restriction in the piping. If it is a boiler with a domestic coil, you have to add the possibility of a partially plugged coil.
