remove baseboard

I am removing a 6ft section of hot water baseboard in my kitchen.I have 3 zones,bsmt,1st and 2nd flr.I have access to this section in the bsmt ceiling.The boiler has a water inlet expansion tank and 3 zones controls with shut off vavles next to the control vavles.After shutting off the water and draining the water from my zone and removing the section of baseboard.What procedure do I follow to put back water in the system and bleed air from the system.
