Taco Flo-Chek ratteling

I have a 2 zone system with a flo-chek on each run. I converted 1 zone to a radiant manifold that feeds the basement (in slab) below boiler and the 1st floor bathroom above boiler. My problem is that the flo-chek valve rattles when the radiant is on. I suspect it is because I have a mixing valve that reserculates the return radiant and it does not tak a lot of flow from the boiler. I think I can remove the flo-chek altogether. Any thoughts???

Rattling flo-check

99% of the time when a flo-check rattles it is due to air. Unless you have a zone valve on that loop you need to keep the flo-check.
