HELP no water Pressure for refill

I had a valve replaced on a radiator and now in trying to refil them I start out with water flow and get 3 baseboard heaters pushing water then it goes no further.

I have opened all my valves leading into the system as well as the valves to and from the boiler. My bolier pressure reads 8-10 PSI but I am hearing no water running and my meter coming into the house shows no usage.

I have adjusted my pressure release valve by turing the screw inward and still nothing.

I cant afford a heating guy and I leave for Bangkok on a mission trip in two days. You can imagine my wife and her dismay.

It sounds like the pressure regulator is stuck on the incoming makeup water pipe. Turn the water off, then remove the cover and carefully pry the piston out. You might need to de-lime it. After you have everything operating smoothly, set the pressure so you maintain around 15# in the boiler.
