boiler on hydro-air heating system

I have three air handlers being installed in our new house. One in the basement, two in the attic, for three zones. I plan on using a single boiler to provide hot water to each unit. Should I be looking to have seperate pumps for each unit or will one pump off of the boiler to a manifold work better?

Hydro-Air

Any time zoning is involved, I like to see a separate pump for each zone. Zone valves with a single circulator will work but if that one pump goes down, you are dead in the water.
