Boiler water temperature

I recently had a new oil hot water boiiler installed. We live in northern Minnesota where it gets darn cold so I need to make sure the system is set right. The boiler is putting out 180 degree water to the fin tube radiation, but it seems like it takes forever to get the temperature up. Should the water be hotter than that ....or - what is the temperature that boilers normally run at?

Thanks...Britawiltsh

Water Temp.

Usually 180º is the normal operating temp. When you say it takes a long time to get the temperature up, do you mean the room temperature or the boiler temperature?
