Talking cold rooms

I have a two zone hot water system that seems to work well. The problem I have is when the temperature in the one zone reads 70 the rooms are cool. And when the temperature in the other zone reads 70 the rooms are warm. There is nothing wrong with my thermostat I had it checked out.
Thanks for the help.

Warm & cool

Check the temperature in the rooms at various places. I would bet you will find a difference. The temperature at the thermostat may be 70 in both rooms by you don't occupy the small spot where the thermostat is mounted.
