Heating system with two boilers

I have a Heating system with two boilers. The house hasn't been warm enough lastly and last night we stopped getting any heat.

I checked the boilers and found the pilot on one boiler out. The other boiler had the pilot lit but did not fire up.

I replaced the thermocouple and now the one boiler is working, but the other boiler still doesn't fire up. The house is getting warmer but has not reached the temperature I have the thermostats set to.

We have three zones. The valves for the zones are working: I can see the dials turn on and hot water is flowing throughout the whole house.

Any help would be appreciated!

Two boilers

It is hard to say why the second boiler does not fire. It may be controled by an outdoor thermostat which will not allow it to come on unless the outdoor temperature is below x. Are you sure there is power going to it? Check emergency & service switches, circuit breakers (or fuses). Is the gas valve in the "on" position?
