Question House Getting Colder!

Hi. We moved into this house a few months ago with a 50 year old Losch coal furnace. It has operated problem free until now. The thermostat has been set to 70 for sometime, and has held the temperature until yesterday when it dropped to 63. This morning it was down to 55, so we checked the system for any visible signs of malfunction. It seems to be operating as usual (as far as we can tell), as the boiler temperature is 180 and the pressure is just above 20. This stumped us as to why the heat is not rising upstairs. Maybe there is a simple solution, that we are simply not experienced enough to detect. The baseboards are warm, not hot. Could someone please offer some troubleshooting advice before we call in a professional?

p.s. We have well water and the boiler heats our hot water.

Thank you in advance.

Boiler not heating

With baseboard I have to presume there is a circulating pump. Is it running?
