water leaking from air vent

steam baseboard rad spits water from air vant about 12oz. per burner cycle
all pipes have great pitch back to boiler already installed chemical for dirt&knocking boiler is new have asked some plumbers cannot come up with answer need help thanks

If there is only one pipe connected to the radiator, make sure it is ALL the way open. Look at the main pipe leading to the radiator and see if there is a larger vent on it. There should be one somewhere on that main. Make sure it lets air out when the heat cycle starts. Check the setting of the steam pressure control. Make sure it is not above 2psi cut-out (typical system). Make sure there is at least 28" vertically between the water level and the steam main. There could be other issues but check those first and post back with anything that doesn't seem to match these items.
