Taco zone valve

Hi all. My heat in the upstairs zone doesn't come on unless I slide the valve lever to open on the Taco 571 zone valve. Is the motor shot and if so, can I just replace the power head? Thanks.

If the other zones work it is most likely the power head. It is easy to replace. Turn off the power, remove the wires, twist the head slightly and it will unlock, install the new one, connect the wires and turn on the power.
