Apollo Hot water Heating system - Limited air flow

5 year old future quarterback destroyed hallway thermostat with football. Replaced 4 wire thermastat (R,G, W, Y) as instructed to (Rh, G, W, Y). Produced heat. However, the airflow coming out of the registers is low.

Thermastat worked, ie. house warmed and cut off when desired temp reached however it took a long time as the airflow coming out of numerous registers was so low.

Is it possible that the blower fan is not functioning and the limited hot air I am getting is arriving without the blower fan's assistance?

not familiar at all with the Apollo system. Where to go to assess blower fan?
thanks and have a great day.

Blower

The fan would be located in the air handler which could be in a closet, basement, crawl space, or the attic.

the thermostat has a switch - HG for heat-gas and HE for heat electric. Which is it for the apollo, as it is a hydroheater. The watertank is heated by gas but I don't know what runs the blower fan.
thanks

Thermostat

Set the thermostat for "gas".
