Heatmaker HW & DHW Lockout Problem

Hi , my boiler has been working great for the 5 yrs . Recently I changed the expansion tank . Now my boiler will cycle for about 15 minutes then it goes into lockout ( i have to turn power off & on to restart ) I have changed the operation control and a three wire aquastat of the outlet of domestic water . ( the colors are black , brown , red and they plug into black , white ( red stripe , and red ) I may have the above part screwed up . Is there any one that can help me as I have no heat of hot water unless i flip the breaker every few minutes
Thanks in advance

How much pressure do you have in the system? Is the circulator working?

Heatmaker lockout problem

Yes my circulator pump still works when in lockout and my pressure is about 17 - 18 lbs . I hope you can help . I might be leaning toward something electrical . also i may have connected the 3 wire aquastat incorrectly . another thing is the boiler did not work for a week and then suddenly it worked perfect for 1 day . thanks
