hello guys...

if i know the heating load for a certain room.. and i need to install hot water radiators..
what type is prefered?
how can i know the number of columns..

another question..
if i have to install an expansion tank just after the boiler output..
what do i have to take into consideration???

Radiators

If you have cast iron rads in the rest of the house & this room is on the same loop, I suggest staying with cast iron. Nearly every radiator manufactured has a slightly different capacity. Unless you are going with a brand new radiator, in which case check with the manufacturer or distributor on capacity, I suggest Dan Holohan's book "E.D.R. (Every Darned Radiator)" as a reference manual.
