Circulator Keeps Running

I have a 3 zone oil boiler with baseboard radiators, I installed 3 luxpro line voltage thermostats about a month ago but all of a sudden the main floor zone keeps running. I snapped the thermostat body out of the housing and it still runs, the room shows 75 and the thermostat in set for "70 Hold" the only way to stop the circulator was to shut the main boiler switch off. Any ideas or suggestions?

Do you have 3 zone valves or 3 booster pumps? If you have 3 pumps, perhaps the relay for one of the booster pumps is stuck on??

Thanks for the reply I have 3 circulators each controlled by a seperate line voltage LUXPRO thermostat. I had to use the reset button and the circulator stopped right away so now I just have to reprogram it. I guess like any othe relectronic device it must have taken a power hit and got messed up so now I'm back. Thanks
