Combination Boiler - HELP!

I have a Vokera Linea 24 combi boiler. There is a constant sound in the house as if someone is running water all the time, but we're not! The radiators sound as if there's water running through them all the time, even when I turn them off at their controls. The pressure in the boiler keeps dropping too. What could the problem be and the cost of sorting it? The noise stops when I turn the boiler to hot water only. Thanks.

Leak?

Have you verified there is not a leak in the system?

Leak

I've checked all radiators and the pipework around the boiler and there are no signs of any leaks.

Pressure dropping

I hate to state the obvious but if the pressure is dropping, that water has to be going somewhere. Turn the boiler off for 12 hrs or more so it cools completely. Leaks are a lot easier to find when the system is cold.
