Looking for replacement baffles for a crown boiler

I have a crown boiler model WP-900. After having it cleaned I was told the most of the baffles were burned off at least 2 inches with some burned off more.. I was also told that this is not a "bad" condition.. my question is this: does anyone know where I can find replacement baffles. I have not had any luck finding any junked boilers..

Replacement baffles

If you have a Sid Harvey store in your area, they have replacement baffles for most boilers. You need the length & width of the baffles. The boiler model probably won't do them any good. Being burned off two inches is not a big deal.
Sid Harvey is a wholesale house & sells only to HVAC contractors. Your service company could get the baffles for you.

adding more baseboard

I would like to add some more baseboard to my bathroom. I built the addition about 20 years ago, which includes a laundry room and bathroom. The bathroom is about 6 x 15. These two rooms are seperated from the rest of the house by a normal doorway. The rooms are cold during the winter months(I live in northern NH.). The main part of the house is open. I use to have one zone for the whole house. Two years ago I had a seperate zone installed for the new addition. The rooms are warmer but I am using more fuel. Last year I had a new furnace put in. A system 2000. I now have 3 zones. Main floor, upstairs and bathroom. I would like to add another section of baseboard in the bathroom to give me more heat. My question is will the slantfin 30 be sufficient? My system consist of 1/2 inch piping throughout the house, except in the bathroom where it is 3/4 inch pipe. How do I bleed the air from the system. Increase in pressure in Oil Burner

I have a Burnham V7 that was replaced in 2003, due to bad casting. It's a hydronic system with the Oil burner circulating hot water to the water heater. The system has 3 zones, plus priority for Hot water. The main 30Lb pressure relief on top of the burner started leaking about a week ago, I replaced the relief valve, and turned on the burner, the hot water started calling for heat, when the system got to 205 degrees, the pressure was at 31 or 32 lbs the relief valve started to drip. I'm wondering why the internal pressure is up to 31 or 32, during the winter it's running 8 hours a day and no leakage, pressure was 29 or 30. What could be causing an increase in pressure.
