Replacing zone valve costly?

Hi. Last winter was rough as heat didn't always make it to second floor. We have a boiler, 2-zone heat. A tech who came out for an unrelated issue suspected it could be the Taco valve not working properly. He mentioned that this particular valve was known to have some problems. If this is my problem, does anyone have a rough idea of how much it should cost to replace? Any help much appreciated.

Zone Valve

If you are just having the power head replaced, it is a very simple DIY job. The power heads are available at most home centers & any plumbing supply house. Cost would probably be under $100. No way to estimate the cost of replacing the entire valve without seeing the job.
