Diagrams for boiler hookup???
Well here goes...
#1 Is there a website that shows basic system designs using multiple zones.
#2 I am hooking up a new oil boiler at my cottage.
3 zones controlled by taco 007 pumps and a 503 zone system control. Weil Mclain Oil Boiler 88,000 input direct vent setup new and unfired.
Question on my hookup, I am feeding 2 zones of radiant tubing in the first floor in the slab that would require approx. 120 degree water. The 2nd floor has a air handler that would perform better with higher temperature water. I will run all on same temp if neccessary. How can I mix this using primary secondary system. My worry is that if I keep the temp this low I will have early problems with the boiler as I am told that running longer cycles is much better for them.
I have access to any parts or pieces you can come up with and am very mechanically inclined.
Thanks in advance any guidance.

resources
search the Taco file library for the "radiant made easy" guide. Comes in a bunch of separate chapters. Good reading.
also www.tekmarcontrols.com and search through the technical essays for mixing options from 3-way to 4-way to variable speed injection. also check out their controls. you could ditch the taco SR and go with a mixing control that does everything. their application and description guides are excellent.
there's a book called "primary-secondary pumping made easy", I think by Dan Holohan. Google it.
not too hard to get this stuff right, but very painful to get wrong.
good luck.
