Radiator(s) Won't get Hot!!

I wonder if anyone can help?

I have a Gas central Heating System with about 15 radiators.

Two of the radiators simply won't get hot, I have tried the following:

1. Draining the system and replacing inlet and outlet valves
2. Bleeding the system - many many times
3. Switching all radiators off apart from the two problematic ones
4. Clsoing the outlet and bleeding until warm water entered the radiator
5. Removed and flushed one of the radiators as it had lots of black bits in it.

On each radiator when all radiators are on the inlet valve gets very hot, however doesn't flow any further.

Not sure what to do now, so any help would be apprecaited.

You may want to post this in the Boilers and steam forum. I guess the moderators are a bit busy or they would have directed your question there already. Good luck with the issue and I will notify someone to assist you.

Cold Rads

The fact the inlet valve gets very hot generally indicates either low pressure in the system or some sort of restriction. Are the two troublesome rads at the far end of the loop? What is the basic house layout (single story, two, three)? How much pressure is on the system? Single thermostat? If not, are both troublesome rads on the same zone?
