Boiler burners will not fully ignite

My Weil McLain boiler burners will not fully ignite. Only one burner tube next to the igniter will fire and maintain but none of the other burners will ignite. I have removed and cleaned all the burners but the problem still persists.

Burner ignition

All gas appliances with multiple burners use "cross lighters" of one design or another.
If you have long burners with a bunch of little slots, (ribbon burners) there is a small tube or series of tubes placed end to end across the burners. This tube(s) has a very small slit in it. If that slit is not clean the flame cannot travel across the burner rack. I use an old feeler gauge blade to clean them.

Inshot burners, short with "wings" also have crosslighters. In this case it is the wing.

Something is wrong with the setup if one burner will light & stay lit while the others don't light. The flame sensor should be on the opposite end of the rack from the ignition source. This is to prevent BOOM.
I think you need to get a pro to look at your boiler.
