Smile Replace my old Pennco Boiler

I am a first time female home owner, I bought a multiple family house with only one boiler to supply three floor's heat (one zone). I think the old Pennco 157 BTU is probably not good enough to pass New Jersey's winter this year. Could you recommend a few brands that will provide high efficiency, less cost and maintenance need? Where can I buy it to get a reasonable price? Thanks a million. I really need to get it done before the weather gets too cold to replace it.

Wink

I would check in the phone book there where you live. For people that put boilers in. Also check with the BBB and if they have been putting boilers in for a long time. Also make sure and get 3 bids for the same job. And they do a heat loss on the home.
