boiler help needed

i have a 'CROWN' gas boiler (furnace).[ it is the type that runs hot water around the house in copper pipes ] the pilot only stays on for about 35 min. ive replaced the thermocouple, thermal cuttof resistor, the thermostat has been recently replaced. can anyone offer any suggestions on what to look for??

Is it a standing pilot lit all the time?? If so did you clean the pilot light orifice and the venturi around it ??? Dont use a pin in the orifice there. Does the tip of the T/C get red?

it is a pilot that is supposed to be lit all the time

what is the pilot light orifice? is it the housing for the trermocouple??

what is the best way to clean it??

the flame for the pilot starts off yellowish , then it gets blue

the tip of the thermocuple get orange-reddish
