Steam pipe insulation

What is the best insulation to use on steam pipes in the basement? I was looking at Mcmaster carr last night at work and they had about 3 types on insulation.

Thanks
Bob

Pipe Insulation

I've always used formed fiberglass. It's easy to work with & does a good job.

Ditto. Calcite insulation works well, but I'd hate to use it in a house. It's bad enough on the industrial sites.
