new ect peerless stays on alot?

i installed a new boiler in my house. i had a 3 section slantfin now i have a 4 section ect peerless with a 1.25gph nozzile. seems that it goes on alot more then the old boiler. i hooked up a taco switch with priorty zone for the indirect water heater. everything is working good, the aqustat for the boiler has a low and high. i have it set up 140low and 160 high, my old boiler aqustat only had 1 setting. is this aqustat keeping the boiler running more? i have a 3300sqft home with 4 zones and indirect water heater. peerless ect 4 section oil burner(riello) with 1.25gph and 60gallon water tank. how do i know if i have too many btu or not enough? i did ta heatloss program and came up with 115,000btu loss.

I wouldn't mind seeing your work if you want to show it ... post the pics on www.photobucket.com and provide the link here.
