Help! Its cold in here!

Please help! I have an oil fired boiler with hydronic radiators. The problem is that the main lines in and out of the boiler are hot but the lines in and out of the radiators are cool like there is an air lock or not enough pressure to force the water into the radiators. The expansion tank is a very old one with no shraider valve to adjust air pressure. Please help as I have a cold house. Oh yes, it sounds like the circulatoin pump is working. Thank you for any and all advice you may offer.

12 PSI should be OK if that's the pressure when cool, if when hot I might expect a tad more, but don't think that's the problem.

Are you sure that there are no valves that inadvertently got closed somehow ?

Some pics might help ... can you take some and post them on www.photobucket.com (it's free) and provide a link here ?
