My one zone is warmer than themostat by 10 degrees

One of my zones is warmer than themosta and the baseboards are always luke warm.

I have three zones and three circulators.

The zone control valve is probably leaking through. You need to clean the seat or replace it.

Sounds like "ghost flow" from a stuck-open flow-check. You should have a flow-check downstream of each circulator. They usually have an adjustment knob. Try working the knob for the offending (warm) zone, leaving it in the closed (usually clockwise turned to stop) position.

If that doesn't work, or is confusing, take some pics and post them at photobucket and we can walk you through that or other procedure if it's not a stuck flow-check.
