Boiler never stops heating up

I have a 3 zone heating system but has been running on 1 zone for a while and i finally had someone come to setup the other 2.

I have a aquastat 8148 relay and my electrican tried hooking up a taco sr503 switching relay to control 3 zones.

He set it up and 30 minutes later i heard steam blowing out the vent and shut off the boiler. The temp got to 300 degrees.
I guess the boiler is not shutting off. I didn't get to see the wiring the way it was before he touched it so now i have no idea on the proper way to set this up...

Does anyone have a diagram or know how to set this up?

Thanks..

I've been trying to figure what he did...

I got it to work somewhat now.. But the boiler isn't coming on now.

I need to know where the wires from the molex connector go.
He cut two of them and now i not sure where they go.
The yellow and blue wires...

Vent? What vent?

And 300 degrees? Are you sure? That would mean that you also developed a pressure of 67psi in a vessel that most likely is rated at a maximum of 30 psi.

In other words, you strained the guts out of that poor boiler. If it were up to me I would probably condemn the boiler on the spot.

You need to tell us a WHOLE LOT MORE of this installation. Start with the manufacturer and model number of the boiler along with the same for all of the auxiliaries. Several pictures of the installation would be helpful. Both all-encompassing pictures and close-ups. Post the pictures to a photo hosting site and post the URLs here.

Okay I'll try to explain how i wired it up now...

I got my thermostats going into the 3 thermostats zones of the taco.

I got all 3 circulator pumps going into the 3 circulator zones of the taco.

I got the x - x of the taco going into the TV and T terminals of my aquastat 8148E

There's a red and purple wire from the boiler. The purple is going to a purple wire (that's in the molex connector) and also to B2 of the aquastat.

The red wire is going to a red wire on the molex connector.

B1 is unconnected on the aquastat. Is that normal?

Theres yellow wire on the molex connector that's going to the "W" terminal of the aquastat.

And there's a blue wire from the aquastat that im not sure where it goes..

My GUESS is that you have some mis-wiring done causing the burner to running continuously, and NOT under the control of the high limit setting of your aquastat. If so, you have a very dangerous situation on your hands. A runaway boiler is a potential bomb without the safety limits operational.

Yes, you've got a dangerous, potentially deadly situation on your hands there.

This is the high limit switch in your aquastat. There should be wires on these terminals, going back to the circuit board in your aquastat.

Where are the pictures ?
