Boiler Help

Hey all. I want to redo my basement, and there was a water line for my heat that was hanging about 4 1/2 inches down. Because I didn't want to put in a drop ceiling, I bled the line and moved it over onto the ledge and reconnected everything together. I then put the water back on and put my furnace on and it fired up right away. Well, an hour later I lost heat. The furnace doesn't stay on and the line which feeds my heat right now is warm but is only warm on one half of the house. As I follow the line and feel it, it is warm and then just gets cold, like if the water is not running all the way through. If you have any ideas can you please let me know. It is a Burnham Gas Boiler, forced hot water, and a Taco circulator. Thanks

You probably got air in there... There are lots of posts on purging/bleeding if you use the search feature.
