help with heating coil

I have a hot water heating coil installed on oil furnace. I want to use the heating coil as primary heat and the oil as backup. I know I need to install a 2 stage t-stat or one with emergency heat capabilities but how do I wire it to the fan center so that fan comes on when boiler is in operation.

More info please, I don't understand what you are asking...

You have an oil fired forced hot air furnace... ?

and there is a hydronic coil installed in the plenum ?

Where is the hot water coming from ? a separate boiler ?

and you are trying to figure out how to run the blower in the furnace all by itself so you can put air through the coil which has it's hot water supply from elsewhere ?

Do I have that right ?
