Radiator not working: Pipe leading into radiator is cold

I've got a combi boiler with 8 radiators leading off it. The problem I have is that one radiator is not working. If I feel the pipes leading into the radiator they are cold but all other radiators and pipes are hot.

I've tried bleeding all radiators without success.

Any ideas?

check the valves to see if it is open. sometimes open and then closing would work.

There are only two reasons that I can think of: air in the system or a valve closed.

agreed. actually, sometimes a valve needs to be closed because it is used as a diverter!
