Aquastat settings for hi/lo limit switch range

Any input what to set your aquastat temperature at during the winter? I have mine set around 165F-180F but it is quiite warm now(8 DeG C) and am curious if I should drop the settings and come back when we hit -20 Deg C and raise it up?I do not want the boiler to keep cycling and costing me more money and getting my tenants to drop the thermostats in there suites.
Any advice

Hi,

I usually set the controls to 180* - 200* during the winter months and 160* - 180* during the summer months. You could drop the low temp more, but if you are using your boiler for hot water, it may effect your quantity and/or recovery time. Actually, that being said, you could shut the boiler right off when not needed if hot water is not taken from the boiler.
