Wiring Boiler Controls

Earlier you said:
Those contacts are called "DRY" because there is no source of power on them. They are simply a 'switch'. The relay COIL IS powered by the transformer, but it is ISOLATED from these contacts. No low voltage on these terminals. DRY... no power at all... until you feed the 120VAC in to power the pump... then it just switches the pump on and off.
Follow the drawing carefully.
This is where some of the confusion came in as this would bring the low volatage power to the pump - but is calls for 115v. Unlsess this dry contacts is somehow not fed by the board transformer.
Follow the drawing carefully.

This shows how you would 'off-load' one more valve ... now you would have 4 valves on the 403 internal transformer, and 4 on the aux transformer...
sorry for the blurry pic, it didn't resize well...

Those other two valves could be any other 'pair' of valves... GAME ROOM for example...

Thank you so much for the drawing - I will see what I can add and let you know how it turns out.
I think I get the R and W t-stat wires - good thing you mentioned the meter as one of the boxes has two yellow wires. (Do you think they are wired the same?)
I have the jumper and R, W and C wires all hooked up in the stats. As for the C I will need to jumper these to the 24VAC power in on the panel and the other two to the TT terminals via how the meter reads.
I then run my 14 or 12 gauge wire from the Dry Contact terminal to each of the circulating pumps. Sorry this one was confusing as the boxes have all holes labeled 24VAC except the incoming power to the transformer.
Thanks again for your assitance - it is greatly appreciated.

I have most everything hooked up and was testing for the thermostat wires when I noticed that I may be using the wrong wiring - could you look at the drawing and let me know - should I be using the diagram for Heat-only (normally open zone valve)? This would be the red. yellow and common?
Thank you
By the way - I faxed your drawing to an electrical control specialist and he said that is exactly how you would get three of the actuators off the power of the ZVC

I'm not sure which diagram you want me to look at? You mentioned thermostats... so I'll look at that one... I think YES, heat only... as long as that's what yer doing! I didn't see any a/c units in the pics...
going to look, brb...
OK, IBB...
NO yellow wire! That's for normally OPEN zone valves, which yours are normally CLOSED...
HEAT ONLY - the one that has a pencil scribble to the left of it... that's the one you want, three wires, R, W, C ... I'd probly use black for the C ... but not sure if that follows standard color codes or not... wonder what the 'correct' color for that wire would be?... anyone?

Thank you!!!
Good Afternoon NJ Trooper:
I just wanted to say thank you very much. The Boiler was enerjized on Wednesday evening and has been working (to well) for the past three days. (Still trying to get temperature correct on tstats - forced air was always cold) Your assitance in getting the control wiring done was very appreciated. Your diagram is working wonderful - now tested and prooven.
I only hope that I can repay the favor someday.
