drain valve spigot on boiler
My drain valve spigot for the hot water is leaking slightly. I already tried tightening the seal nut. So I am assuming the washer is bad and the spigot needs to be replaced. My question is, after I shut the furnace off at the circuit breaker which if not all ball valves must I close to remove spigot and do i need to refill anything after and how? Thanks.

Is the boiler a gas with standing pilot, or spark ignition ?
Try to post some pics.
And you will have to fill the boiler at the very least.

If the valve is leaking around the stem then you need to add some packing or change the valve. If it is leaking out the spout then go to the hardware ore garden store and get a garden hose cap with gasket to screw on the end of the valve. Wait until next spring/summer to change the valve.
