Where can I find radiator replacement parts?

Specifically, I cannot find anyone who just sells the handles for a shutoff valve - the round black part:

I've looked all over the 'net, checked with my local hardware stores, Lowes, HD, the county plumbing supply place - not that many people stock steam radiator parts, period, and those that do only seem to sell the whole valve assembly. I figure there has to be a parts warehouse somewhere - the previous owner replaced a couple of the 90 year old wooden handles with the plastic ones.

Any thoughts?

Really? I'll have to try the other Home Depot in my area - the one closest to me often seems confused.

The worst thing to do in Home Depot is to ask anyone anything. They had a small section of boiler related products. Like the valves for the radiators, zone valve, and pumps. This is the are I found the handle in. I was thinking about getting it myself, but I'm not sure it would work for the valve I have.
