Is that an undisputed fact or merely your opinion? Do you mean in my case or in the universal sense?
I mean in your case based on what you said. In your post on 03-10-10 09:07 PM you stated "In my case it is saving just about 12% but I have the ideal system for maximum savings."

Droolplug

I will allow you the last word after a few comments since it seems that it what you want.

"the fact is you don't want the thing." ((never said that)

pummeling a vendor over a $200 device that might have a 2yr payback (your opinion and making assumptions again)

Comparing it to a magnet for your gas tank is just ignorant and inflammatory (again your opinion. The fuel optimizer manufacturor may take offense to that statement. He published his certified test results on his site and the gov report did not say that these devices do not save, just that the savings may not be worth the investment)

forum and feed the insanity ( opionion , labeling, and why is the manufactuor irresponsible?)

Guess what? It was 48' today ... you're saving as we speak.
(what does the height of anything have to do with this?)

What would you like to discuss?

I did not say any of that. So There is nothing that I would like to discuss.

I have decided to take a hiatus on this topic.

Just got my unit back from manufacturer.
Had a nice technical discussion with the engineer.

My intellectural curiosity about this is satiated at the moment.

It is ironic that he seemed to be the only one who both understood
and was sympathetic to both my concern and point of view.
Plus he was more than willing to try to resolve it.

Hopefully he has. I might report about results at end of heating season unless I am distracted by my real passions .
Quirky antique motorcycles and RC airplanes. And of course...Beer 4U2

Adios

I think I'm gonna take a cue from fred and lock the thread now. We've pretty much beat this thing to death... nothing more to say.

Fred, when you post the results, feel free to start a new thread.

I wouldn't mind seeing some pics of the motos... if you wanna share... PM me if ya want.

Ride safe!
