no tension on zone valve arm

I have 4 zones connected to the boiler to heat my house. Just replaced one zone valve. The zone valve had pressure on the lever. Now that the valve is installed, there is no pressure on the arm. What do I check now?

The label... to tell us what model valves you have.

[/wiseass mode off]

The valve is not activated, correct? if the valve is open, there won't be any pressure on the arm.

Did you replace the entire valve? or just the powerhead?

What prompted you to change the valve? Was it not doing something it should have been doing?
