I recently had this pump installed and neither the technician or I could figure out how to oil the Motor Bearings. The instruction manual (hard and online versions) show the oil tubes at each top end of the motor, but the tubes look closed, maybe even sealed. They don't have the classic flap lid like the one for the Pump Bearings does. Any help would be appreciated. The manuals are adamant about oiling but the Motor Bearing tubes look sealed.
Thanks

It may have the Gits ball oil cap.
GITS
If so then you simply press the ball with the spout of the oil can and drip a couple of drops.
Over oiling the motor bearings causes the excess oil to soak the rubber mounting bushings and this cause deterioration of the rubber. Eventually the motor will sag and break the coupling. Three to five drops a year is sufficient.

Thanks for the help. There were indeed plugs on the tips of these tubes. I'm a bit embarrassed at not realizing this but they deceptively blended in with the tube (same color) and no instructions in the manual.
Thanks again
