Help???

I have a huge puddle of water on the floor of my boiler room and my bedroom is on the other side of the wall...alas there is water seeping into the carpet.

Burner tech came yesterday and replaced the expansion tank and the pressure relief valve..every time the burner comes on and goes off...it blows off water and overflows the bucket that I have to catch the water...am I missing something here?

Is there a pressure gauge on the boiler ? What does it read when its not running, and once it starts up (just before the pressure relief blows off) ?

Its possible that the old pressure tank was bad, and the tech didnt set up the new tank correctly.. keep your fingers crossed about that, because the other possibility is that the boiler is cracked internally , or a seal point has failed.

Post the model of the boiler, the techs here can help shoot this more.
