Hello everone, I went to fire up my boiler this weekend and it would not fire up. I removed the cover from the aquastat pulled in the relay contact and it fired right up, zones opened, dampner opened, and circ pump turned on. When I let go of the relay it all shut off again. I was thinking it was the aquastat, but now im not so sure! I removed the aquastat and am in the process of bench testing it. But I do not know where to begin. I have 120 volts at the line in(L1 and L2), and 24 volts to the secondary leads of the transformer(T2 and T1). I read on here about jumpering TT, I do not have a terminal named TT. The terminals for the thermosta is TV, W, T, and W??? thanks for any help, Aaron

hello to all. this is my first post so bear with me. I have been lurking for a while and have a problem of my own. Buderus oil piped together with a Timbereze wood/coal boiler. oil control is RA89A-8148A combination. 2 6006C on wood boiler. one set at 140 to turn on oil the other at 190 to dump zone. running 3 zones--zones 1 and 2 downstairs on pump 1 and zone 3 upstairs on pump 2. zone valves are 8043E with end switches. need to wire zones 1 and 2 to turn on pump 1 and set dump zone to zone 3. I have a partial schematic if someone can finish it for me. I am comfotable wiring according to schematics just don't want to short anything out again. done that enough already. thank you. hope this works.
