do they make recessed wall hydronic radiators that are not fan convectors and are still inside the wall between the studs? if so do you have a link to the product?

What about the underfloor radiant hydronic systems? Google, and you'll find many links. Check with the manutacturers to see if they recommend for in-wall use.
Why are you adverse to an in-stud-mounted kickspace heater, with a fan, such as Beacon-Morris? They are effective and are sized to fit right into a 16" o.c. stud space.

Burnham has cast iron radiant radiators which are recessed and covers are available.
